Charlotte is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, and has worked across various roles including Adult Specialist Community Mental Health, Therapeutic Interventions/Counselling, Suicide Prevention, and Psychosocial Case Management. She is also the mother of 3 children (2 still singing, playing and drawing on her walls and one lost in a medically complicated pregnancy).
The collection of resources in this compilation are some that Charlotte has found informative as a rural mental health worker and some that she personally found helpful both in transitioning to motherhood and as she experienced pregnancy loss.
