This workbook has been designed to complement our 2023/24 podcast series, Getting Started With… where we take a look at a number of the very common modalities for therapy and practice, and we try and help you get started. Each topic, or treatment modality, has its own online learning journey for you to explore.
What are the topics that you might want to have a look at? What are things that you might want to engage with? What are the simple, or basic concepts that you need to understand, to decide whether you want to explore a particular modality any further?
We speak with experts on various treatment modalities; they share their knowledge and some of their favourite resources with us, and we create an online learning journey to complement what is shared, based on each podcast episode.
