The Peregrine Centre is proud to invite you to a 2-Day Introduction to Systemic Thinking and Practice training with Margaret Goldfinch and Chloe MacDonald coming in 2025. The Peregrine Centre is proud to offer this training free to rural mental health workers through funding from the NSW Government however places will be strictly limited!
Who is it for?
The course is designed for individuals who work in the rural mental health context. It is appropriate for workers of all professional backgrounds and experience
Learning Outcomes
– To understand practice foundations for systemic work: Relationship, neutrality, curiosity, circularity & hypothesising
– To understand and use a systemic formulation when working with children, adolescents and families
– To feel more confident in developing effective therapeutic relationships with a range of clients
– To understand how systemic techniques can be used to support clients to make change
– To develop a lens to enhance working with parents and children together
– To practice applying systemic thinking in everyday practice

Completing the EOI below, does not guarantee you a place in this training. For priority consideration, please express your interest by 10th January. To ensure diversity and broad reach, multiple enrolments from the same service are welcome, but priority will be given to participants from different organisations and locations where possible. A waitlist will be available.
