Miniseries: Working with Trauma
This three episode miniseries looks at working with people who have experienced trauma. The first two episodes contain an annotated role play of a first session with a family who has experienced a death by suicide. Family therapist, Dr Rebecca Sng, explains her thinking as she speaks with the family for the first time. The final episode is a panel discussion with three different rural and regional trauma practitioners: Anna Maxwell (Social Worker), Maya Goldman (Occupational Therapist), and Dr Al Griskaitis (Psychiatrist). This series is aimed at those who do not have specialist trauma training and still find themselves working with people who have experienced trauma.
