Project Air is a NSW Health funded organisation that provides education, training and research on personality disorders. They have resources for people with a diagnosis of personality disorder including factsheets and lived experience videos, which can be helpful to use in session with consumers to provide psychoeducation and guide discussion. There are also resources available for carers and support people, for mental health professionals and for teaching staff.  Resources include treatment guidelines.

Project Air also offers online training for health professionals in working with people with a diagnosis of personality disorder, emerging personality disorder or complex mental health concerns.

Project Air resources are invaluable if you are new to working with people with a diagnosis of personality disorder and for more experienced practitioners, as they provide scaffolding for both practitioners and consumers to help direct session content and treatment overall.

This resource was recommended on The Peregrine Centre podcast episode Working with People with a Diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder.
